Christened 'the Konohagakure of the West' by explorers and historians alike, the place is infamous for its hot weather and famous for its citizens -- the Freedonians, who are born sheriffs.
There's an academy at Freedonian that teaches the youngsters the art of gunfighting -- the Sheriff Academy. Every year, tests are held and the students are assessed. Only after they pass the test do they get the memento -- the shiny, polished Golden Star Badge!
