As soon as he touched the flag, Mario was warped somewhere else. After the journey ended, he landed on solid ground. Suddenly, a hologram of Dr. Gadd popped up.
"Mario, there's a big problem," he said, "By time travelling, you created a small fault in the Space-Time World. And now a maniac called Time Lord is taking advantage of it. Only you can save us. Good luck! Oh, and one more thing: the world where you are in now is where Peach is. But not in danger. Goodbye!" The screen disappeared.
Mario saw the giant powerups around him. He guessed he would have to solve their puzzles one by one.
Mario sighed.
His adventuresome life never ends.
At least the princess was not in another castle this time.
